Balance Your Diet

Say Yes To

Vegetables and Fruits, lean cuts of meat, chicken without skin, Fish and brown bread.

Elevated lipids namely cholesterol and triglycerides are best controlled through a regiment of strict diet which is low on saturated fats such as organ meats,fatty meats and egg yolk.Avoid butter and cheese.

Hypertension makes the heart work harder to move blood through the body.if you get short of breath when you exert don’t ignore it, consult your doctor today.Address hypertension with proper diet,exercise and medication.

Control Diabetes

Check for diabetes today particularly if there is family history. If you have diabetes keep it under check, if you have diabetes keep it under check, remember diabetes multiplies your risk of heart disease.

Reduce Stress

Chronic stress can increase the risk of heart disease, spend time with yourself and chose to do things that make you happy. Sleep well.
